Our natural cold pressed rapeseed oil, thanks to the use of a patented pressing technology, exclusively from specially selected and controlled rapeseed seeds, and most importantly without the use of any chemicals, ensures the highest quality of the obtained rapeseed oil, retains its golden color and characteristic taste. To produce 1 liter of rapeseed oil, we use as much as 3 kg of rapeseed.
Rapeseed oil is high in Omega-3 fatty acids. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA; belonging to the omega-3 fatty acids) helps to maintain the proper level of cholesterol in the blood. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 2 g of ALA (belonging to the omega-3 fatty acids) daily, which corresponds to 2.5 servings (25 ml). Rapeseed oil facilitates the absorption and transport of fat-soluble vitamins - A, D, E and K. It is a rich source of vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress. It is also a source of vitamin K, which contributes to proper blood clotting and the maintenance of healthy bones. They also provide unsaturated fatty acids (EFA): omega-6, omega-3 in a ratio of about 2:1.
Our cold pressed rapeseed oil is poured into dark glass bottles. We use such packaging for a reason. Vegetable oils are very sensitive to light which destroys their properties and deprives them of the most valuable nutrients. Dark glass also extends the life of the oil, and the glass does not react with the contents.
